1. About Ayushi Trends

Ayushi Trends is an Indian retail and e-commerce fashion brand offering high-quality ethnic wear, pure Chanderi suits, Banarasi weaves, festive lehengas, and daily wear kurtis for young girls and women. Our operations are headquartered in Dehri-on-Sone / Sasaram, Rohtas District, Bihar, India.

2. Eligibility & User Accounts

You must be at least 18 years of age (or have parental/guardian consent) to make purchases. When you create an account via Google Sign-In or phone number verification:

• You agree to provide accurate, up-to-date delivery information (name, delivery address, postal pincode, active contact number).
• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your device and login credentials.
• You may request permanent deletion of your account and personal data at any time via Account Deletion Request.

3. Product Pricing, Images & Sizing

• Pricing & Taxes: All product prices displayed on the app are in Indian Rupees (₹ / INR) and include applicable Goods and Services Tax (GST). Delivery charges (if any) are clearly itemized at checkout.
• Color Accuracy: We endeavor to display fabrics, embroidery, zari work, and color shades accurately. However, slight variations may occur due to photography lighting and mobile screen calibration.
• Sizing: Please consult our standard age and measurement charts before placing orders for suits and lehengas.

4. Orders, Payments & Fulfillment

• Payment Methods: We accept payments via UPI (Google Pay, PhonePe, Paytm, BHIM), Net Banking, Debit/Credit Cards, and Cash on Delivery (COD) on eligible pincodes.
• Order Confirmation: An order confirmation with order ID and tracking details is sent via in-app notification and SMS once payment is verified or COD is placed.
• Cancellation by Ayushi Trends: We reserve the right to cancel orders due to unforeseen stock unavailability or incorrect pricing. In such events, 100% of the prepaid amount will be refunded to the original payment source within 3–5 business days.

5. Shipping & Delivery

We ship across India. Free shipping applies on eligible orders above ₹499. Orders are usually processed and dispatched within 24–48 hours, with estimated delivery within 3–7 business days depending on location and courier connectivity.

6. Returns, Exchanges & Refunds

We want you and your child to love your ensemble. If there is a sizing issue or manufacturing defect:

• You may request an exchange or return within 7 days of delivery through the app or by contacting customer care.
• Items must be unworn, unwashed, with original brand tags and packaging intact.
• Refunds for approved returns are credited to the customer's original payment method or bank account within 5–7 working days of quality inspection.

7. Prohibited Conduct & Intellectual Property

All brand names, logos, festive theme designs, product photos, graphics, and descriptions on Ayushi Trends are proprietary to Ayushi Trends. You may not reproduce, copy, scrape, or distribute our content without prior written permission.

8. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising in connection with orders or services shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in Rohtas / Sasaram, Bihar, India.
